A software company that sells no hardware, runs no integration projects, and makes no slogans. One thing only: the decision layer for business continuity.

Origin

Our founding team ran the DR program at a nationwide commercial bank to the rhythm of "monthly rehearsals, quarterly audit filings." From the war-room, one question kept repeating — "What's the probability this failover actually works?" — and backup software never answered it.

What we want to do

Turn "judgment" — something done on a senior engineer's gut for 30 years — into software: a decision layer you can inspect, replay, audit, and train. Software and decision model, evolving together.
