What customers face

- Ransomware encrypts backups before production: the first thing an intruder looks for is the backup server, and by the time the business notices, no usable copy is left.
- Backups report success but are never proven restorable: every job log is green until a real restore reveals damaged media, missing dependencies or a recovery time far beyond expectations.
- Drills are manual, ceremonial and unrecorded: a yearly exercise done by a few people on overtime leaves no trail, conclusions cannot be reviewed and the next one starts from zero.
